morning writing

The problem with writing in the morning, first thing, when I get up, at 5AM, is that I’m trying to write in the morning, first thing, when I get up, at 5AM.

Even this I’m writing at 9:04 PM. Apparently, I can’t even write about writing in the morning unless I’m writing it at night.

This didn’t use to be the case, and that’s the only thing that bothers me. Maybe, instead of writing at night about writing in the morning I should be settling down, reading a book, thinking about going to bed, so that writing in the morning, first thing, when I get up, at 5AM, is that much more tenable.

    1. I’m in good company; and I can do nothing original. (Thanks for the reference. Some great lines there … that I’ll likely steal.)
